Biography

Attorney and Founder | The Jackson Law Firm LLC

Jenny Jackson founded The Jackson Law Firm, LLC on a simple but powerful idea: that clients facing family law matters deserve more than legal expertise – they deserve an attorney who truly listens. With two decades of legal experience and a first career in human resources, Jenny brings an uncommon combination of legal skill, people insight, and genuine empathy to every case she handles.

A Practice Built on Family Law

Jenny's practice centers on family law, mediation, and attorney ad litem representation — areas that sit at the intersection of law and real human need. Whether she is guiding clients through divorce or custody proceedings, facilitating mediation to help families reach workable agreements, or serving as a court-appointed attorney ad litem to advocate for the best interests of children, Jenny approaches each matter with care, candor, and a commitment to practical solutions.

She is admitted to practice in all Arkansas and Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeal.

From HR Professional to Family Law Attorney

Jenny's path to law was intentional. After eleven years working as a human resources professional, she had developed a deep understanding of how people communicate, conflict, and ultimately resolve their differences. That foundation proved invaluable when she enrolled at the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, and it continues to inform her practice today. She earned her B.S. in International Business from Western International University in Phoenix, Arizona before pursuing her legal education and has been practicing law since 2006.

Her HR background isn't just a footnote — it's part of what makes her effective. Clients frequently describe her as approachable, straightforward, and genuinely invested in their outcomes.

Beyond the Office

A self-described Army brat and lifelong traveler, Jenny spent her early childhood in Germany and has called six states home over the years. Arkansas has been her home base for more than a decade, and she has no plans to leave the Natural State anytime soon. She's also on a personal mission to visit all 63 U.S. National Parks. When she's not in the courtroom or at the negotiating table, Jenny’s likely planning her next park visit or hanging with her family and dog.
